How do I find my phone when I only know the email I signed up the phone with?

That's basically my question in the topic.

I remember signing up the phone with a gmail account. However I can't track it down because my GPS isn't on.

I'm not sure where my phone is and it's still on because I still have a dial tone when I tried calling it.
Is there any way to find it?
It's an android.

As tea urchin said, keep ringing it. You also may want to go here: Android Device Manager and lock the phone, in case it has been stolen. That way, if someone connects to a wifi network, it will lock. You can also make the phone beep loudly, so you will be able to find it if it is nearby, or if it is stolen, make the person who stole it look suspicious if it rings out continually in public :)

I tried the device manager already but it couldn't find it because the GPS isn't on.
This is what it said
"Online
Your device's location access is turned off.
Last online May 31, 2014"

And I tried to keep ringing it like continuously calling it religiously for like the past hr or so already.. ): Is there anything else I can do?
