How do i put in my recovered password but the internet is not working

I have recovered the password needed for my tablet Nextbook 8 but it won't work due to there is no internet on it ,I changed the internet service provider when I moved but I guess that it's stuck to the old one.

A password to log into a device is not dependent on internet access. An app sure, or to log into internet access itself perhaps, but not the device.
