how do i transfer music from my friends phone to my phone but both neither of them have working service

-my cousin has a phone that has cool music that I like and I wanted to transfer his music to my phone but neither of us have working service like I can't call texting and Bluetooth won't work we tryed

What phones are you and your cousin using? Do they have SD cards? You could move the files onto the SD card, transfer them onto a laptop/desktop, then copy it onto the other phone's SD card.

Do the phones connect to WiFi? If they do, you could try uploading the music onto some form of cloud storage (DropBox, Google Drive, etc) and then downloading it on the other phone.
