How do i upload internal memory

Hello, We have lost the cord to connect Kodak Easy Share v603 camera to the computer and need to upload photos from internal memory.

You can connect your SD card to Card Reader and transfer files.

I've tried that and it didn't work. I ordered a new cord from Amazon and that didn't work either. I'm still at a loss
