how i repair electronic board bracket?

Hello.
I was opened my lenovo g580 and put thermal grease.
While I did that i was broken the keyboard bracket that on the mother board:

How can i fix it?
What is the correct name/expression of this broken thing?

Hi, you broke the FPC connector, the only thing you can try, is to push the ribbon cable in the connector, after tried to fit the black piece in place and push it inside the connector, hopefully the black piece will keep the cable in place.

That black pastic thingy is not broken. You must have pulled it a little harder and it got out. Try to push it back in place.

Can't i replace it with soldering?
Like order that thing from ebay or something?

Did you tried to put the black plastic at his place, if you want to replace the connector, you need to be good at soldering small parts.

I tried but is broken.
About soldering:
The only problem is that my soldering iron tip is big,i thing that it's too much big.
I am want to buy a soldering iron with small tip but i can't find one with low price
Any suggestions?

Sorry, the one I have is a soldering station from Weller, I paid $100, 29 years ago, but I still find tips for the soldering iron.

Like I said before, if you have the skill in soldering, it's an easy job to do. But if you are unfamiliar at soldering small parts, you can go in a repair shop and have an evaluation for the repair.

But i need also a professional soldering iron.... that is expensive thing....

Sorry I not at home right now, I'm out of town. Why do want a professional soldering iron? If it's just to solder the connector, then, you can do the same thing of this instructables.
