How much can I possibly overclock my PC

I have an old Asus, model K451LA core i3, the processor is 4010U, 1.7 ghz, how much can I overclock it (if possible at all) before the CPU gets fried?

Pretty much can't overclock it at all. It's a Haswell i3 with no turbo, so the only option is BCLK and no adjustments for that are going to be found in a laptop made for sound editing because everything is tied to BCLK. It's like those chipsets from the olden days with no PCI/AGP lock--tinker with the bus speed and the sound, graphics and disk will start dying long before the CPU is in any danger.
