how to connect 2 tablets although one has authentication problem

i have two rca tablets but one is having authentication problem . im unsure as to what type of usb cable will help to transfer information or do i have to get closer to the router to accomplish this. also one tablet will not accept my password which works on my second tablet..also i did a factory reset so my problem rca tablet is blank and i cannot even connect to the internet. it seems that every action i take only worsens the problem,. im asking for any ways to resolve this problem..thanx

Authentication problem means it is the wrong password being entered for the WiFi you are trying to connect to. Typos are so easy to make.
