How to connect an android laptop that has a build-in Ethernet connector via e wired connection to a windows pc

Use a cross-over cable and setup file sharing on the computer, use a file manager program on the tablet to browse to the computer share. You will need to set the IP of the tablet manually to match the IP address range of the PC. So if the PC is 192.168.1.30, you should set the IP of the tablet to 192.168.1.xxx , subnet and gateway also need to match.

But if you have wireless you can do the exact same thing as long as both are on the same router.
