How to connect Dvd, Tv, Satillite receiver to New AV receiver with RCA cables

I bought a new AV receiver and connected everything as it was working previously with the old receiver, but now cant get a picture with the DVD player, although I can get the sound. Everything else works including music CDs on the DVD player. What am I doing wrong or havent done? I have checked and rechecked the connections multiple times. All the components are Sony except the Satillite box.

Check the input set up menu of the receiver for the DVD input. Set the video to the input you connected to.
