how to factory reset htc online

I gave my HTC phone to my boyfriend , how crazy ex-boyfriend, to fix it and now he will not give it back. He can access my email and everything else with my saved password. I thought nothing about doing a factory reset. Is there anyway I can do a factory reset without the phone.

You would have to have the phone with you to do that. If you truly own the phone, then you can have the service cut to it by calling your service provider. That would be step one.

Step two would be to log into any account you had ever accessed from that device and change the passwords. Once changed, no one can get into them.
