How to have a android phone connected to two routers?

Is there an app that allows you to connect a android phone to two wireless networks at the same time or with button on the app.

No, I'm sorry this is not possible due to hardware. Out of curiosity, why would you want to do that?

One my routers will be connected to a dedicated Home Server with all my computers connected to that and the other router will be used for internet etc,

Relating to the same issue, i wonder if there is actually any project which aims to integrate some specific hardware into an android phone in order to connect it to multiple wifi networks
