How to move apps back to LG Stylo from sd card

I moved Facebook and messenger to the 1st card, and I want to move them back into the phone

If you moved them to the card from that same phone, you should just need to go into the "Settings" then "Apps" and then locate the app you wish to move. Tap that app and it should give you the option to move it back.

Now if you moved the app onto the card from a differen't phone, then you cannot access those apps.
