I own a computer model
Dell Inspiron N5010 i3-330M with windows 7
I want to restore it to factory default values as I got it from the store
I'm trying to find the combination of buttons when the computer went on to reach the recovery screen
I tried a combination of
Ctrl + F11
And it really does not work, I tried another lot of combinations and nothing works.
I thank those who could help me thanks.

Hello kobitomi;

See if this method can work for you.

Use F8 key during boot to get into the Advanced Boot Options menu.
From the Advanced Boot Options chose the Repair Your Computer option.

Click Next and login to your administrator account on the computer. Your administrator account is the account created the first time the computer was turned on.

Click Dell Factory Image Recovery and DataSafe options and follow the onscreen instructions.
