how to reformat the SD card as external again

I m having issues of data corruption in my moto g turbo after formatting sd as internal storage.... So I want to reformat is as portable storage

You would first have to remove any files you want off of the card so as to not lose them when you make the change over.

Then the tablet should give you the option to change the SD card back to "External" storage. If it doesn't, then you can formate the card via a computer and then put it back in the phone.
