How to set maximum temperature limit for GTX 960m

My ASUS rog GL551JW GTX 960m is Throttling when temperature reach 75C. I was wondering for awhile why it seems that my temperature would stop dead at 75C and then drop to 70~71C when playing The Witcher 3 or when benchmarking and notice lag, also fps drops.

Nvidia inspector is unable to increase or decrease the prioritize temperature, it's always resetting as soon as I click the apply button. This happens with default clocks and overclocks and it's throttling. This problem was happening before I even started overclocking or even installed. Happens on stock oem drivers (including the drivers preloaded on laptop) and above, also tried latest Nvidia drivers.

PS: I didn't touch the voltage. It was like that and it changes itself.

I also have that installed, is there a way I can gain control of the temperature limit? It's grayed out.

MSI Afterburner 4.1.0 is not working for me, only lets me overclock the core clock and memory clock.

Open it up and throw some water in it. Liquid cooling is much better than air cooling.
