How to start up a crashed laptop

Hello,
my laptop has been working fine once i got it about 4 years ago but now it crashed about last year it turns on when u hit the power button then it shows the company logo then it shows this black screen with a loading bar that will not load no matter how long i wait wat do i do? i know that theres a certain key on the keyboard its like fn f6 i think but every time i do it the screen turns black and any other buttons i press it makes this loud beeping sound.

buy a 240GB SSD and Windows 7 Home 64 bit and install it fresh on the new SSD. then move your data from the old HDD to the new SSD and enjoy a new fast laptop
