how to stop specific pop ups in chrome?

hi im not sure whether this is proper place to post it but..

i see all this pop up blockers and not even one of them has a choice where i can add specific web address to stop popping up, most of them have a choice to exclude but i want to add instead.

does anyone know about pop up blocker where i can add address to stop showing up in new window/tab. i get quite often on to one of the web tv site and they got that annoying pop up that exits full screen and opens new tab.

I use add block plus, you click on the stop sign and coose add element

website opens new tabs and that drives me crazy. will this work with tab/windows? i just want something to stop website i visit from opening another tabs/windows, all pop up blockers i have seen have only white list

i see there is exception list "block" might work, ill try that and see how is it doing thx
