How to Watch Streaming Video on 3 different TV's?

]How do I watch streaming video on different TVs? I'm thinking about using a Roku Streaming Stick Plus and DirectTV Now along with Amazon Prime. I have 3 HD TV's in the house. Do I need a Roku device on each? The TV's are connected with coaxial cable to a main distribution hub.

It is possible to use HDMI over coax converters to use one Roku but will likely cost more than just getting 3 Rokus.
