So I have an Acer Aspire Es 14 and I tried to disable my windows defender and my anti virus to download this application. After that I cant open any apps anymore on my desktop, so i thought maybe i should restart it. After restarting and the startup is done this showed up:

PS: I havent downloaded the app yet I just disabled it.

Guys update so I started researching on booting my laptop into safemode and it said to tap windows+L but it didnt work so i tried windows+f12 and it brought me here:

So what will i choose?

Im trying to download an unbanner for a game because I keep on getting banned for no apparent reason. My friend recommend me this and he also said I need to turn off those things for it to work. He even showed me it works real fine but idk what happened to me. I just turned off windows defender and then I cant access to any app anymore except the ones that are opened so I restarted it. And then this happened. Im using win10.

Just disabling your AV would not have resulted in this.

(and your friend is an idiot. But we'll go into that later)

When you start up the PC from completely OFF, you just get a black screen with that dialog box?

Then something in that AcerPortal bloatware thing is integral to the OS operation.
For whatever reason, it is inaccessible.

Aside from a clean OS install, or an Acer factory reset, I am completely unsure.
We don't know exactly what your friend did, or how the "AcerPortal" prevents actual OS operation.

Power the laptop down completely.

Power it back on , as soon as the acer logo appears start jabbing the F8 key.

This shouldntake you to the boot manager.

Select advanced boot option,then select safe mode.

This 'should' boot to windows.
Uninstall that program , reboot normally.
