hp envy 15 suddnely now runing 70 above even on idle

i do not know why this is happeneing now, like i said it is running on 70 above on dile when doing nothing the fan goes crazy its not even an old laptop? what can i do?

its a laptop. i7 4700hq 12 gb ram 1 tb hardive with ssd cache, 840m nvidia video card
