Many, if not all, newer systems do not come with set of disks but a recovery partition. There is often a backup utility in the system that you can use to make a backup set of disks yourself. Did you already try using the factory restore partition?
yes sir, i tried to do the factory reset in the pc settings menu, theres an error that pops up and it wont let me continue.
Often errors when trying to do a factory reset, if the partitions were not messed with, is because of a disk error.
Did you contact HP support? Without disks you will need to download a base Windows version and install it using the license code on the laptop, if there is one. For newer systems the activation code can be in the BIOS.
