Hey, 3 months ago i dropped the netbook and now the screen shows just lines, while the computer works perfectly (via another screen). Here's some images:

Here's a closeup:

While it works perfectly on tv screen (PC Monitor has no VGA):

Well, what i'm meaning to ask, can you see from these lines, is the monitor messed up, or its just the cables got disconnected while it hit the floor (Cables from motherboard to monitor)?

Thanks for anybody who will help me :D

Solution
Hello Snowcrush;

A data cable disconnection would show a lighted, but blank screen.
The LCD screen backlight is working normally.

That looks like internal damage to the LCD screen matrix to me.
Afraid it's going to need a replacement LCD screen.

Oh, awesome, they have some of these, Now, the original screen that comes with the netbook is matte, right? and are these screens good (as better/worst then the originals?)

And i also need new plastic that covers the screen (Forgot the name..., i mean the piece with the webcam on it...)

There's actually Zero reflection, so i'd say its matte.

well, i also need a new screen bezel, and has no idea where to find it, are the screen bezels of all the HP 210'S the same?

Jesus christ, 80 dollars for the bezel and the front part... HELL IM STAYING WITH MY OLD ONE :p. May be alot of scratches, but that's better then 80 dollars.

Well, thanks, now i dont know which reply to choose for best answer, they're all helpful! :D

Some glue will fix it all up...

New screen, 250$.... lol... :p

I took one of these in for repair not long ago and it turned into a disaster. There's not much holding everything inside the lid together except sticky tape and the tiny screen connector is impossible to fit unless you have the little Korean fingers that put the original together.

When finally got it connected, I was aware of a stinging sensation in a finger that was holding the back of the lid together then the wiring loom caught fire and I had to buy another netbook for my customer. Fortunately, there was a cheapie on e-Bay and I have the old one for spares if anyone's interested. The supplier took the "new" screen back without argument so he may have realised it wasn't the right one - there was a difference in part numbers on the back.

I have solemnly vowed to stay out of the insides of netbook lids from that time on.
