hp notebook 15-E037CL keyboard problems

I have a hp notebook 15-E037CL and the keyboard is mostly unresponsive and only a few of the keys worked so we ordered a new one and installed it .when we first put the new one in all the keys worked but after a day there only a few keys working just like the old one. This computer has been wiped and reloaded and upgraded to Windows10, we upgraded the bios and checked the support boards but now I am outta ideas. Anyone have any other ideas?

All Fixed, I took it apart after watching a video on youtube on how to install the keyboard just incase I missed something . It was missing the little plastic holder that swivels up and down to hold the ribbon and one of the pins was bent out of wack. shook the computer till the plastic piece fell out and put it back in straightened out the pin now it works like a champ.
