My girlfriend is looking at buying a HP Pavilion x360 with a 128 GB M.2 Sata SSD. I know she'll need something larger for storage than that 128 GB. Can you put in a 2.5" hard drive or SSD using SATA 3 along with the M.2 SSD or do they occupy the same space and you can only use either or. Also is M.2 Sata faster than SATA 3 or are they the same? I know most 2.5" Sata 3 SSDs are cheaper in general.
Thank you!!

Looking at hp.com, that x360 has space for a single drive.
Either 128GB or 256GB m.2, or a 500GB HDD in the cheaper package.

However...further investigation...

"500 GB 5400 rpm SATA; 128 GB SSD+$180.00"

So maybe both a HDD and the m.2.

Do NOT only go by what BestBuy sells.
