HP pavillion dv 6000 bios shadowed vedio shadowed

Hello,


I have a HP Pavilion dv6000 laptop and when I start my computer it says that the system & video Bios are shadowed and pc doesn't boot correctly,

Few times it is working some other times it is not working. when it wont work it gives operating system missing.

Please suggest me how to rectify it

Check the BIOS screens. Normally press Delete key or F2* as the computer first starts .

* See the computer's manual if not.

Once in the BIOS look for a setting which affects shadowing -- my impression is that this is a throwback to earlier days and is now redundant.
