Huawei Y625-U51 Encryption unsuccessful

My Huawei Y625-U51 gives the message Encryption unsuccessful i already tried to factory reset, put new firmware on it with apply update from external storage. But i can't find the firmware
Y625-U51V100R001C577B103

Yes, but they don't know a solution they don't have any firmware.

Yes i did. And a i did a backup of all my files.

Yes, iam trying to find a firmware from huawei because i can maybe do another firmware so it works again. I thought someone knew a site.
