Hyperlink in Excel won't open

Hello, I'm trying to use a hyperlink in my document to a cell in a separate sheet in the same Worksheet. I have finally figured out the formula but when I click on the link it says it can't open it. Any ideas why? Here's my Hyperlink text:
=HYPERLINK("['toxicology summary.xlsx']Test_Sheet!A1",'Test Sheet'!A1)
any ideas/help would be appreciated.

I've figured it out. In case anyone else needs this help... because I'm on a network I couldn't just name the sheet with the sheet name, I would have had to include the network path to it as well I believe. So what I did instead to get around this was:
- named the range on the Test Sheet
- used the Insert Hyperlink option,
- chose "Place in this Document"
- chose the Named section I had just created

and voila after saving the link works!
