I bought the HyperX Cloud, not the II, the original. I know it has 60 ohm impedance or whatever, which means that it takes more power to drive it, but a PC should have no problem with it, right? I was using Turtle Beach X12s before, and they seemed much louder than the Clouds. The extra weird thing is that they're louder on my iphone than my computer. Like what is that?

I can live with this issue. They're soooo comfortable and they sound great, but just too quiet. I've tried switching cables and extensions around, but they're always quieter on my pc than on my iphone.

Hi Dustichux867,
I'm Jewel with Kingston Technical Support, here to offer our assistance. One thing to try is to see if there are any particular audio manager programs on your computer. Some branded computers have their own or if you got an update for like a Realtek driver it may have included an audio manager. If you happen to have more than one installed, it would be best to remove all but one as they can cause issues with sound quality since they would all be trying to configure the same thing. Not sure if you have already try the headset without the controller box cable and see if that makes a difference. If it does, try the headset adapter again and adjust the volume scroll wheel on the side of the controller box to see if that...
