I am trying to connect my Gateway NV78 to Samsung and a Nokia cell.

I have a Cell Phone .

I am trying to connect them to my Gateway NV78 laptop with Windows 7 os by Bluetooth with a dongle in the computer.

Even though I can do some file interchanging with my Nokia, I am getting an error message that I am missing a peripheral device driver.

I get the same message concerning my HP Officejet printer, although it appears to be working well wirelessly. Any ideas?

Have you installed specific drivers for the particular devices or are you simply using the default Windows drivers?

If the device is working the way you want to there is little need to install the specific drivers but best practice would say to ensure all device drivers come from the device manufacturer.
