Solved! I bought a Kotion Each G9000 and the mic doesn't work at all. (Windows 10)

I bought a Kotion Each G9000 and it never appears in any place you would devices but the sounds works. The only problem is the microphone. I can't find it and it doesn't work. I use the 3.5mm 4-pin plug that comes with the headset. I'm on Windows 10. All drivers are up to date and nothing requires a reinstall. I have tried most other solutions. Just wondering if anyone knows anything that might help.

Did you contact the vendor for support, maybe get it replaced? What are those "most other solutions"? Try it on another device, phone/tablet or another computer?

I have tried it on other devices. It works fine on my phone. I want to see if I can fix it before I exchange it in fear that nothing is really wrong.

if you check in the manual there should be an adapter cable used if you want audio and mic functions in pc
