I can not get passed home screen on Acer Aspire F 15

I can not get passed the screen with the time showing on my Acer Aspire F 15. I thought I had the window 10 issue because it was only getting to the welcome buffer - so followed some steps to try rectify but now I can't get to that. I'm not technically minded so feel clueless. I've tried Alt F10 but nothing. Help!

Do you have a recoverable media like a usb with windows 10 on it?
