I have a Element 24' tv thats having problems with the hdmi. I get no video when i plug in the cable box. I tried my ps4 but only get sound and still no video. My amazon fire stick works fine however showing video and has sound. i just want it to work for my ps4.

Hello.

This may be due to it not accepting 1080p. I suggest this:
1) Connect the PS4 to the Element TV using the HDMI cable.
2) Press and hold the power button. It will beep once, and then beep two more times after 10 seconds.
3) Release the button when it beeps twice.
4) The picture will appear and give you options. Scroll down to "change resolution" and select 720p.
