I recently bought a GRADE A2 - Acer ET430K 43" IPS HDMI 4K UHD Monitor and I have a Asus X751NA Intel Celeron N3350 8GB 1TB what wire do I buy to connect the two because the wire that came with the tv is too big for the Asus laptop

The laptop in question may not have HDMI, rather USBC, or Thunderbolt etc, then u need a proper converter cable.

You need an HDMI cable. Not sure whether you can get 4k with it though. You might need something like this
