The sd card deletes my app and sometimes my photos amd other things

If you'r using Android 6 and newer, you will have had a chance to use the SdCard for either Internal Storage or Portable Storage, but not a bit of each.

It sounds like your is nominated as Portable and Apps can't run on it.

If it was Internal, there will still be Apps that can't live in the SdCard because they depend on being in System folders.
