Looking for device to allow my Samsung tv to broadcast via Bluetooth so that I can pair my Bluetooth enabled hearing aid with the device and listen to audio directly thru my hearing aid.

If your TV doesn't have a built in bluetooth transmitter (check the manual) you will need a external Bluetooth transmitter that can connect to the audio output of the TV.
