I have a Sunstech TAB 77 tablet with no Android on it. What next?

All I get is the Sunstech splash-screen. Does this mean Android is installed but not working, or do I need to do a clean install? Sunstech website not much help.

can be but not sure that it might be soft bricked, is it a new one and u never tampered with it?

This is ur tablet pc's specs so it shows that there is android already on it, pls try to boot into recovery and check if u can flash any software into it?
