If there are no buttons on the TV to access and navigate the menu/inputs etc, then you'll have to contact the manufacturer and ask if they supply a new remote.

You could alternatively buy a 'universal' remote & encode it to your TV brand by following the enclosed instructions, but it may not have the specific functions you need - - - that's why an original replacement from Vizio may be necessary.
