I have an asus md550 laptop that won't load past the logo and I can't refresh or reset it. somebody please help

If it won't even get past the BIOS loading screen, remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard if it's removable, unplug the battery, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds. With all batteries out, plug in the wall charger, see if it turns on. If it does, plug in the batteries and test it again.
