I have an unactivated Verizon prepaid phone. Im trying to switch it to work on straight talk but it says i can't. If i activat

The phone hasn't been activated thru Verizon yet. I was only using it for WiFi. But now I would like to use it with straight talk.

First you would have to make sure it is unlocked by Verizon. Speak with them if you will have to 'activate' it first or not. Then you will need to speak with Straight Talk to see if the phone will even work on their network in your area.

Actually I would call them first, that way you don't go through the trouble with Verizon if you can't use it.
