I have Dell i3 core laptop with window 10 recently bought but the problem I'm having is it is not connectung with headphones o

Check if you have the audio drivers installed, do the speakers on the laptop work? Make sure the audio output is selected as the headphones or speakers and not disabled or not seen. If it's a new laptop, contact Dell for support, maybe a bad jack.
