Yes but it depends on what kind of output the TV (usually optical digital audio) has. You may need one of these to convert to RCA analog audio

Your TV remote will not control the volume since the output is fixed so you would need to control it at the receiver.

Thanks very much. I decided just to use two sets of RCA to the receiver. I did not think some of the input jacks worked but they did.Thanks again.
