Solved! I have not been able to play games on my sony laptops

i have not been able to play games on my sony laptops.I brought a dvd.But after inserting the dvd on my laptop,i only get to see the contents of the dvd,but i cannot play the game.

You may need to run the Setup.exe on the DVD and install the game before playing.

The game my not be OS compatible, some old games don run on current OS, and some current games dont run on older OS

Autorun was turned off by an MS patch. You need to browse the disk's root folder for a "setup.exe", "install.exe" or something along those lines, and run it.
