i have tried the steps i dont know where i went wrong now my leptop when i switch it on it says repairing but nothing happens

i have tried the steps to restart my leptop,when i started implementing the steps it loaded for a few seconds and switch off , when i switch it on it says repairing and nothing happens it keeps on loading
