I have videos on my Samsung 4 phone. How do I make a dvd of these videos?...

If you are using Windows then you should be able to connect the phone to the computer and copy the video files to the HDD of the computer and use something like Windows DVD maker (you may need to add it through Programs and Features). If you are using a Mac then you should be able to use iMovie to create a DVD of the videos.
