i just recently updated my system and all my pictures, music , and videos are gone out of my gallery but i still can see them

I have an zte zmax and it just recently went under a reboot system update and and removed all of my pictures and music and videos form my gallery and music player how do I move them back there... And plus I did it last time the system update and my pictures and videos and music was still there please help me asap???

I will give you advice. First of all you shoud backup your information into your PC. Then factory restart that phone and copy the information back in it. Can you give me more information:
Android: ? ( is it Android OS, v4.4.2 (KitKat) ? )
MEMORY: Do you use SD card ? is the card okay?
