I only have 1 case fan. Will this be fine for my build?

Title says it all. I have a NZXT Source 210 case, and it only came with one fan. I plan on putting it on the top, and using it as exhaust.

I don't plan on doing any overclocking.

I have an R9 280x, and an i5 4670.

Monitor system's temperature 1st if its normal on heavy load than its fine. Installing many fans catches more dirt so install only if u think its necessary if not u can use more fans. check open hardware monitor for temperature monitoring.
