i think my son may have got something on his win 10 dell xps help!

when he opens fire fox it opens to a page called Pconverter and also there is a pconverter tool bar none of which was there before ,anyone know what this is and how to remove it?i looked through uninstall programs and couldnt find it.

Hello... type "restore point"... see if there is one there dated to before the problem started...
Load it... Give it a TRY and see if it is gone. B )

A hijacker and a toolbar. Have you tried scanning with Malwarebytes or adwcleaner?

DO a full cleanup with Malwarebytes https://www.malwarebytes.org/
At the end of the install there is an option to activate a 15 day trial, make sure you enable that.
