I want yo know which is the codec for my canon fs300, I can only hear the audio

I am trying to watch my Videos but I only Hear the audio. I do not have the disc 2 to install the software anymore

What software are you using to try to watch the videos? Have you tried VLC Media Player?
You can find the software that came bundled with the camcorder at the Pixela Corporation web site. Look for Pixela Application Disc Ver. 1.5. A newer version may work but version 1.5 is what came with the camcorder.
