I was cleaning my memory and some junk files, I accidentally deleted my camera roll with them, how can I get them back?

Were pics on tablet or the external sd card (micro sd that you installed)

one way is to restore the tablet back to a state that had the pictures. If that is not possible then it is not possible unless it was backed up somewhere else like the cloud or external storage.

First for cleaning - next time just use third party app like krojamcleaner...and second, you have allso apps to get back your deleted files.
