I wiped my whole computer

I forgot my password so I wiped out my whole computer and now it has a black screen if I press f1 f2 f3 all together a side panel pops up saying duplicate screen external screen second screen.. please help

Please explain "wiped out my whole computer". Did you actually delete all of the files or even format the entire drive?

Where did you learn about or get the idea to press "f1 f2 f3 all together? Was that in some documentation?
